Job responsibilities:
1. Participated in market research, analyzed product development and fashion trends, conducted creative divergence of story package according to VLP, established the design language of story package, ensured the continuity and presentation of product story, and submitted creative proposals for the product line in charge of each quarter;
2. Independently designed the sole and upper according to VLP, and undertook the design of images and innovative drawings;
3. After passing the review of the design draft, I will drive the technical package of material process and color of the product line I am responsible for as required, and confirm the design progress;
4. Develop and improve samples for the designed products;

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in art or industrial design, 8 years or above experience in shoe design, children's shoes design experience is preferred;
2. Familiar with ILLUSTRATOR, PHOTOSHOP, CORLDRAW and other design software and office software;
3. Excellent fashion sense and aesthetic ability, good color matching ability, and excellent hand-drawing ability;
4. Good team management ability.
